The Tru-Scapes® Deck Lighting is a team of Pennsylvania based outdoor lighting design professionals whos’ goal is to help contractors and homeowners everywhere bring out the best in their deck by providing high-quality outdoor lighting at a reasonable price.
Tru-Scapes’ lights are designed with safety, efficiency, and style in mind, offering the best possible outdoor experience for homeowners and their guests. Their focus is to spend less on fixtures and selling and more effort towards creating beautiful design concepts for customers and builders alike.

Brian W —Social Media & Marketing Coordinator
Coming from an agency background, Brian brings a fresh look to our online marketing and social media presence. With 3 years of experience in web design, graphic design, and social media, he is constantly building out our brand and spreading the word about Tru-Scapes®. In his free time Brian enjoys hiking, camping, and hopes to one day own his own small farm.
Tom —Controller
Tom has been with Tru-Scapes® from its inception and has more than 31 years of administrative experience in the nursery and landscape industry. Currently he is the Controller for the company with a hand in all accounting functions, payroll, HR, budgeting, and inventory planning/ordering. In his spare time, he enjoys canning jams, jellies and pickles.
Brian S —Owner / R&D
Brian is a founding partner of the Tru-Scapes® brands and owner of multiple patents in the deck, fence and landscape industries. He has devoted 25+ years to the outdoor living industry. With over 1,000 swimming pool and outdoor living design-builds under his belt, Brian is most passionate about the lighting aspects of his projects. When he is not designing new lights and custom outdoor living projects, he enjoys fishing, golfing, skiing and hanging with his 2 sons. Brian is married to his high school sweetheart who is the glue that keeps his busy life together.
Jim —Sales Manager
Jim has been in the Green Industry for over 25 years with experience in design, sales and installation of hardscape, softscape and low voltage landscape lighting systems. He joined the Tru-Scapes® team early on and continues to assist in training and growing the team to best support our professional customers.
TJ —Sales Representative
TJ has 13 years of experience in the outdoor living field. He joined the Tru-Scapes® team December 2nd 2018. Prior to joining Tru-Scapes® he was a hardscape and lighting project manager for 10 years installing projects on both the residential and commercial scale. TJ’s current role is to bring education and technical support with Tru-Scapes® outdoor lighting to the many outdoor professionals along the East Coast and Upper Midwest.
Tina —Office Manager
Tina is a New Jersey native who loves the beach, her kids, and 2 pugs. After spending a few years out west, Tina has returned to the east coast with a hunger for success. With 5 years of manufacturing, experience and 17 years in administration, Tina is making a splash with Tru-Scapes!
Brandon —Web Developer & Marketing Specialist
Brandon is our Web Developer & Marketing Specialist. He has extensive experience in digital UX designs with a diverse background in marketing and sales. In his free time, he enjoys working out, hanging with his pup, Jaxon, and watching sports.
Jake —Warehouse Manager
Jake is a one-man warehouse army, processing, filling, and shipping all orders that come through our system. Sometimes working well into the evening hours, Jake works hard to ensure all products get to the customer in an efficient and timely manner. In his spare time, Jake enjoys building his own motor-cross track with his front-end loader and honing his dirt bike skills.
Brooks —Southeast Director of Sales
Brooks has been on the hardscape game for over 20 years, starting as a boy working with his dad afterschool installing paver driveways. Now, the Director of Sales for the Southeast region, Brook’s is a lighting powerhouse. In his free time, Brook’s enjoys fishing and spending time with his family.
Torrey —Owner
Torrey is a founding partner of Tru-Scapes®. He has been involved in the outdoor living industry for his entire career. Torrey also owns a successful hardscaping & landscaping construction company for the past 25+ years. With tens of thousands of landscaping and hardscaping projects completed, Torrey is most passionate about finding a way to showcase all of your wonderful outdoor features. From plant material to hardscaping—lighting up your outdoor space at any given time of day extends your outdoor availability. When he is not working on a new landscape design and custom outdoor living projects, he enjoys dirt biking, snowboarding, racing, and hanging with his family, two daughters, two sons, and wife of 22 years.

Tru-Scapes Deck Lighting was developed by two professional landscape design and build companies in Pennsylvania, with the mission to create quality LED deck lighting products at an affordable cost to our fellow contractors.
